7N Architects were delighted to attend the RTPI Scotland Awards for Planning Excellence last night alongside The City of Edinburgh Council.

We’re proud that Rowanbank Gardens received a commendation in the Best Project category. The scheme delivers 126 mixed-tenure homes centered around a shared landscape which serves as the heart of this new urban community. The project is also the cover-star of the latest version of Edinburgh’s Design Guidance which is out for consultation now.

Congratulations to City of Edinburgh Council on being named Planning Authority of the Year, and to all nominees and winners including Glasgow City Council, Highland Council, Falkirk Council, Bennetts Associates, Kevin Murray Associates, Ryden, LUC, and The Paul Hogarth Company.
