We’re delighted to announce our proposals for India Quay, developed for the EDI Group, have been shortlisted for the Inside Housing Development Awards in the “Best Build for Rent Development” category.

The India Quay project is a key initiative by the City of Edinburgh Council and their development company EDI to develop a pivotal, 11.5 acre site at Fountainbridge on the Union Canal. The first phase of development comprises residential-led mixed use plots which will deliver a total of 434 new homes.
