Westfield Avenue: Golden Brick achieved
The Golden Brick stage of the mixed use development at Westfield Avenue (link to project) was achieved on 19th March with the completion of the building foundations.
Construction of the 193 unit mixed tenure apartments and small business unit project for Dunedin Canmore Housing Association is well underway. Hart Builders commenced construction in September 2009 and the project is due for completion early 2012.
