"Kiss of Life" opening night
As part of the Glasgow International Festival of Visual Art, "Kiss of Life" will open in the Glue Factory, Garscube Industrial Estate, Glasgow on the 16th April. 7N are supporting the launch of the exhibition which will include work from the FINN Collective plus over 20 local and international artists and musicians.
The venue is the disused Glue Factory by the canal in Maryhill, which falls into the area currently under development through 7N's Speirs Locks regeneration strategy. Following an extensive process of engagement with local residents, businesses and stakeholders a strategy called "Growing the Place" has evolved. The approach focussed on opening up new links and connections to the canal whilst cultivating the vibe of a cultural quarter through high profile arts and public realm initiatives.
